Started 5 months after the sudden passing of the company’s first and only CCO and five months before the pandemic with the goal to build team chemistry, improve the quality of the work and modernize agency offerings.
Recruited a Head of Integrated Production, Head of Innovation and Creative Director to help modernize agency offerings. Reorganized and reshaped internal agency production company
Won multiple AOR new business wins and isolated creative shootouts.
Rebranded agency’s visual identity including a new website and in two years received national recognition and awards for our work.

Opened The New York office and expanded the general market offering of a multi-cultural agency.
Won four out of six new business pitches in the first year and moved out of a WeWork space and into a new office in Tribeca.
Led search for office space and architectural plans to build out office. Helped staff first ever NYC office for an agency that started in Buenos Aires and Miami.

Helped transform a culture, rebrand an organization and turn a strategic agency into a creative one. Agency grew from $15MM to $28MM during tenure.
Lead the Millennial focused, Obama 2012 Reelection Campaign.
Created and led the HBO Go campaign, the most awarded campaign of 2014, including multiple Cannes Lions and One Show, Best in Show.
Developed and led CSR campaigns for Delta, Wells Fargo, NCAA, Planned Parenthood, No Kid Hungry, Smile Train as well as the first live campaign launch of Jet.com.

Started as copywriter and promoted to GCD, leading the advertising group, in four years. Ran a 40-member creative department under the CCO and Founder.
Won Global Tanqueray business and led rebranding campaign.
Based on success of K-Y multi-year campaign, was awarded creative duties for Bengay and Rembrandt.

Developed a global midmarket campaign for IBM in addition to mini documentaries highlighting IBM’s back office services.

As an account person, ran various Nike categories, Miller Genuine Draft and High Life and ran the Nike Australia business out of Melbourne, Australia.
Switched to creative dept, writing internal videos and live read radio scripts eventually working on ESPN, Brand Jordan and Nike campaigns.
Developed Beta-7 which was the first on-line theater campaign.
Launched all aspects of ESPNU, from consumer communication to internal sales tools for their new college sports channel.
